The official check-in. Every car must be weighed and measured to meet pack standards. Once your car passes inspection, it stays with the Pit Crew until race day to ensure fairness.
saturday in early february
The main event! Scouts bring their families and cheers to the gymnasium. Heats run all morning, followed by the trophy presentations for both speed and creative design excellence.
Racing on the track
Experience the high-octane thrill of racing on our professional aluminum track. Scouts love watching their creations zoom down the lanes as they compete for the fastest time of the day!
Cheering with Friends
There is nothing like the energy of hanging out and cheering with friends while the whole pack roots for each other. It’s a day centered on community spirit and cheering on every racer.

What Scouts Love
Custom Design
Unleash creativity by designing and building a completely custom car from a simple block of wood. It is an amazing way for kids to learn craftsmanship and take pride in their unique vision.
Hands-on Learning
Scouts pick up vital STEM skills like physics and tool safety through direct, hands-on experience. These practical lessons provide a fun foundation for learning that stays with them long after the race is over.
